Paris is still so empty, despite restrictions being lifted. I went shopping today down the Champs Elysées and I was shocked at how little people are out and about. I snapped this picture of the Arc de Triomphe, usually packed with tourists and cars but now theres barely four cars in the picture. It's hard for me to wrap my head around, especially since I associate the Arc de Triomphe with my brother and mother getting stuck on bicycles there and fearing for their lives as they dodged the cars. Now it'd be pretty easy to ride your bike around it. Not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing or how long it will last, but just enjoying the stillness of Paris at the moment. xx
